Quarterly State of Risk - Tariff Update
Join ISM’s quarterly member-only executive briefing as Tom Derry, CEO of the Institute for Supply Management, convenes two senior leaders to unpack how evolving tariff regimes and trade policy are reshaping supply chain risk in the year ahead. Alan Harrah, CPSM, CSCP, CPO of Daikin Applied Americas, and Rajeshnath VT, SVP Supply Chain at Pentair, will share practical strategies for tariff mitigation, supplier engagement, and financial exposure management—grounded in real-world operations across complex, global networks. Expect a concise, insight-rich hour that connects macro developments to actionable tactics you can deploy immediately.
You’ll leave with a clear view of the tariff landscape, a decision-making toolkit for scenario planning, and concrete ideas to strengthen continuity, cost control, and resilience—whether you manage direct materials, indirect categories, or multi-tier supplier ecosystems.
